Web Reference: Sep 25, 2011 · This solved my problem: unmount all your mounted backup-drives (df -h shows them) and look if there is any data left in the mount-directories. The backups are written to the mount-directories if they are unmounted. 1) df doesn't report the space reserved for root (5% by default) on unix-style filesystems. So df will always report less than you ought to have. 2) Here though, I will guess you've run your database without your srv-partition mounted.
