You will see a grid that allows you to select to receive notifications based on the bug activity (rows) and your relationship to the bug (columns). If you want to receive the maximum amount of email possible, click the Enable All Mail button. If you don’t want to receive any email from Bugzilla at all, click the Disable All Mail button. By default, if you change a bug, mail is not sent to you, only to other people - and if you are the only user of your Bugzilla, that would be no-one :-) To force a mail to be generated, ask for a password reset and then check the mailer.testfile.
