An implicit wait value can be set either with the timeouts capability in the browser options, or with a driver method (as shown below). WebDriverWait in combination with ExpectedCondition is one way this can be accomplished. In the code above, Selenium will wait for a maximum of 10 seconds for an element matching the given criteria to be found. If no element is found in that time, a TimeoutException is thrown. If you do a wait, then a find element afterward, selenium will error out because it tries to find the element while the old wait is still processing (hopefully that makes sense). Bottom line is, you don't need to find the element after using WebDriverWait -- it is already an object.
