Oct 21, 2022 · A couple of months ago I came across this video of programming Snake on the Apple II. After I got over the initial shock of how painful the Basic editor is on the Apple II, I thought that it would be cool to recreate it in AtariBasic. BASIC was the first real language I learned because the school PCs has it installed and the library had a manual on it. I made an incredibly tiny text based adventure which I was super proud of.
