With these search domains you only need to type the machine name to access a device. With AdguardHome ip you can setup your new DNS in your router to apply the change for all your devices. Just add a second DNS in case the service or router going down. If you have Cloudflare tunnel working you can stop using Tailscale. With Cloudflare you only have to go to your tunnel configuration and add a new private network.
