Web Reference: 'linux-sysprep.sh' is a small shell script meant to be used for a similar purpose to the 'sysprep' tool used by windows sysadmins. It is meant to be run on an installed system to remove all system-specific configuration data and make it ready to be used as an image provisioned into other hosts. Regardless of the --enable option, sysprep operations are skipped for some guest types. Use --list-operations to list operations supported by a particular version of virt-sysprep. Coming into a large number of old PCs that I want to be able to wipe the drives and reload with a "Factory" install of Linux on the HDD. These machines have no CD-ROMs, so I am looking for something similar to a SysPrep in Windows, and then use FOG to capture the image and redistribute.
