The Scrollbar component supports both vertical and horizontal scrolling. It generates events when it is controlled by the user. Any object that wishes to be notified of changes to the scroll bar's value should implement AdjustmentListener, an interface defined in the package java.awt.event. Listeners can be added and removed dynamically by calling the methods addAdjustmentListener and removeAdjustmentListener. Scrollbar control represents a scroll bar component in order to enable user to select from range of values.
